Located on the main level of the Wilmot Recreation Complex, the Active Living Centre is a 2,500-square-foot facility dedicated to older adults 55+. The Active Living Centre is a gathering place for older adults featuring a billiards area, lounge area, gaming area, lending library and offers a variety of activities to help you live a healthy and active lifestyle!
The space is run in collaboration with the Township of Wilmot and Community Care Concepts of Woolwich, Wellesley and Wilmot who facilitates programming.
All participants are required to have an Active Living Centre Card to attend programming. Get your free card at the Active Living Centre inside the Wilmot Recreation Complex at 1291 Nafziger Road in Baden or gain more information by calling 519-634-9225 ext. 340.

SMART Gentle Exercise Program |
This FREE exercise program is designed for the practice of daily tasks from reaching to the top shelf to bending down to tie your shoes for stretching, lifting and reaching, and helps maintain balance and coordination. Offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. and from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. This course is run by training staff from Community Care Concepts. |

Join us for this new special series where we will celebrate all of the birthdays of the month. Come if it's your birthday or to celebrate everyone else's. Treats and coffee will be provided and you are welcome to bring cards or gifts for the birthday individuals if you wish.
