A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction related to the Township program, service, facility, or staff member, where a citizen believes that the Township of Wilmot has not provided a service experience to the customer's satisfaction at the point of service delivery and a response or resolution is explicitly or implicitly expected.

All complaints will be dealt with in a confidential manner according to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Act. More information on the Act is available on our website.
You may submit your Complaint Intake Form as an online survey which can also be printed as a PDF. The online survey will be automatically submitted to the Township. The PDF form can be printed and delivered to the Township by mail or in person. You can also fill out the PDF as a form and email it to the Township.
