The Wilmot Canada Day Task Force is actively accepting sponsorships of the 2025 event in Norm Hill Park on July 1. Businesses, organizations, and individuals are invited to sponsor a game, activity or the overall event! For more information, please email canadadaysponsor@gmail.com

**Sponsorship Guide**
Package Tier	Description
Gold Package $500+	All items in the Silver Package Your company/organization recognized verbally from Main Stage throughout the event Logo included in marketing material for the Canada Day Celebration
Silver Package $250-$499	All items in the Bronze Package Custom post shared on the Township of Wilmot's social media recognizing your Company/Organization's contribution (must provide logo)
Bronze Package $100-$249	Name of Company included in a thank-you ad in local paper following the event Company/Organization name included on signage at the event indicating the names of all sponsors in each tier
All donations of less than $100 or those that do not wish to receive recognition are eligible for a tax receipt. Sponsors receiving recognition at the event as outlined above will not receive a tax receipt. Payments can be made via cheque to the Township of Wilmot or in person at the Township office via credit card or cash (please specify payment to be made to Canada Day account). Please direct any questions or requests to sponsor to canadadaysponsor@gmail.com

Donations

Donations are a very helpful and meaningful way to contribute to the Wilmot Canada Day 2025 event. The process to make a donation is easy and can be done online following the steps below:

Step 1: Open the General Payments Form

Step 2: Select “General Payment” from the dropdown menu

Step 3: Complete fields with your information

Step 4: ***Must include a note of what the payment is for (Wilmot Canada Day 2025)

Step 5: Select “Continue”

Step 6: Check your email! You will receive confirmation of your donation
