The Wilmot Recreation Complex is home to a number of programs and activities such as skating, swimming, the Active Living Centre, the Optimist Youth Centre, Indoor Track and Splash Pad. Shuffleboard |

Shuffleboard Shuffleboard is a game where cues push weighted discs, with the purpose of gliding the discs down the court and having the discs come to rest within a marked scorings area. We welcome all levels of players and have all the necessary equipment to come and try it out! Shuffleboard runs from September to the end of May, breaking for the summer months. Pickleball |

Pickleball Pickleball is a paddle sports that combines Badminton, Tennis and Ping Pong. We welcome all levels of players and have all the necessary equipment to come and try it out! This informal play is designed to incorporate the mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced players. Three courts are available and are designed to play in singles or doubles based on participants numbers. This program is on-going and will run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with the exception of long weekends. Please see program calendars for current available dates to play. Indoor Track |

Located at the Wilmot Recreation Complex, the track is constructed of a rubberized surface for ease of use. It features four lanes, each of which, are designated for walking, jogging and running. Supervision is required for users under 16 years of age. Track is closed during swim meets. Hours of Operation: Closures and cancellations September to June Sunday to Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Summer Hours: July 1 to September 1 Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00p.m. Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Hours Subject to Change) Track direction For ease on your joints, the direction of use of the track changes daily: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday: Clockwise Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: Counter Clockwise Lap distance 7 laps = 1 km 12 laps = 1 mile |

Join Artshine for a fun and engaging 8-week art program, in partnership with the Wilmot Recreation Complex! You’ll create a new masterpiece each week with a variety of artistic mediums. Register for March Break Day Camp Campers must be 5 years old as of December 31, 2025 for winter & spring 2025 camps. Lunch and snacks are not provided. Campers can be dropped off between 8am-9am, and must be picked up between 4pm-5pm. If you are running late, please call a Customer Service Representative at (519) 634-9225. There is a $5.00 late fee for every 15 minutes you are late picking up your child. |

Chair Yoga
This class modifies yoga poses so that they can be done while seater. With the support of a chair the benefits of yoga become accessible regardless of age, level of flexibility or mobility. Chair Yoga can also improve strength and concentration while boosting your mood. It can also reduce stress and joint strain. Please bring Water with you to each class. This 60 minute class is a fully body workout with upper body, lower body and core work, and is meant for all levels. You won't find high intensity cardio segments here but with ever changing challenging formats and options that use a combination of body strength exercises and a variety of equipment. Youth Volunteer Leadership Program |
||||||||||
Youth volunteers play an important role in ensuring the success of our various youth programs. Volunteers support program staff with playing games, helping with crafts and instructing activities. They are given the opportunity to create an activity plan and lead one activity throughout the program (Program dependant). This is also a great way for high school students to get their mandatory community service hours completed.
