Planning fees

Planning fees are paid at the time an application is filed. Accepted methods of payment are cash, cheque, or debit. Credit card payment is only accepted for application fees less than $2750. For more information, please see our current planning fees.

Other fees

For some development applications the Public Works Department may charge review fees. The Region of Waterloo and Grand River Conservation authority may charge review fees in addition to the application fees paid to the Township.
