NEW Online Report Cards
Beginning the Fall 2024 Session, Swimming Lesson report cards will be provided through an online module, called SwimGen. Each participant has a custom ActiveNet ID, which will be used to login to SwimGen.
ActiveNet IDs (referred to as Customer ID) will be sent by email before report cards are available. Keep your ActiveNet Customer IDs in a safe place. ActiveNet IDs are unique to each participant, and will remain the same for every session on an ongoing basis.
When the Swimming Lesson session has come to an end, a mass email publication will be sent out to participants or the head of household with a link to access the SwimGen portal. Use your ActiveNet Customer ID number to access report cards.

At the end of the swimming lesson session, get your swimmer's ActiveNet/Participant ID ready and find online report cards here, or follow the link sent to you via email.
We understand that some parents may wish to have a hardcopy of report cards for sentimental reasons. At this time, participants in Parent and Tot classes will continue to receive a tangible copy of their certificate of completion. All other program levels will be receiving their certificate of completion/report cards online, through SwimGen.
Instructions for Accessing Online Report Cards
Step 1: Your first step is to find your Customer ID number. Before online report cards are available, you will receive a custom email from Township of Wilmot staff containing applicable Customer ID numbers for your household.
Step 2: Next, head to the SwimGen portal and input your provided ID number in the Customer ID box.
Step 3: This will bring you to a page with the child’s name and level. Click the level highlighted in blue.
Step 4: You've reached your child's online report card!
